Farm fresh eggs, crispy bacon, sizzling sausage, roasted ham, taste bud-tickling fruits, delectable pastries, pancakes of perfection, wonderful waffles, and organic granola meets savory quiches, roasts of meat, a collection of cold seafood, garden fresh veggies, out-of-the-oven breads, and desirable desserts.
Throw in a few Mimosas and Bloody Marys, among many other popular Sunday morning cocktails, and you have yourself the delightful concept of brunch.
Usually not before 10:30 A.M. and generally before 2:00 P.M., brunch is just one of those meals that seems to fit ever so well on a Sunday. And, with a few notable brunch warranted holidays around the corner, we’re dipping into some of Massachusetts’ beloved brunch-worthy finds.
Leading off, one of Boston’s most infamous brunches comes from Executive Chef Mark Sapienza and The Langham, Boston’s culinary team at Café Fleuri, as they present City Brunch, taking place every Sunday through March 24 from 11:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
This award-winning brunch seemingly boasts the complete package – fantastic tastes, unique options, and smooth sounds. Featuring the ultimate setup of decadent breakfast items, carving stations, a raw bar, made-to-order omelets, specially prepared sushi, and even a children’s station. City Brunch also sports a Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar, as well as live jazz performed by the Robert Rivera Ensemble.
Brunch, cocktails, and jazz – a great way to kick off a Sunday in the Hub!
